Do I need previous experience?+

No. We welcome volunteers from all walks of life. What matters most is warmth, reliability and a heart for young people.

How much time is required?+

Roles range from a few hours a month (events, admin) to weekly commitments (mentoring, facilitation). You choose what fits.

Will I need a DBS check?+

Yes — all volunteers working with young people complete an enhanced DBS check as part of our safeguarding policy.

Do I need to share Bloomora's faith values?+

Volunteers are asked to respect and uphold our faith-rooted values, while welcoming young people from every background.
